Thank you for shopping with Glowella. We are committed to delivering your order with care and full transparency. We operate through international fulfillment partners to ensure consistent quality, availability, and fair pricing.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.


Shipping Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days

In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to high demand or courier delays. Every order includes tracking and full support until it reaches your door.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are prepared at the start of the following week.


Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Issues

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at contact@glowella.co with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier immediately.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and safe places before reaching out.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we may request supporting evidence to process your claim. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

All claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims made after this window cannot be processed, as courier investigation periods will have expired.

Glowella cannot be held responsible for parcels reported missing after the courier's investigation window has passed.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
