If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that all conditions outlined below are fully met.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
Please note:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be physically returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for any approved physical returns.
- We will provide detailed return instructions by email upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. We may request photos or additional information to process your request efficiently.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. In some cases, we may request photos or videos of the issue for quality control and to expedite replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Items that show any signs of use or modification
- Products not purchased directly through glowella.co
- Items from clearance sales, gift-with-purchase offers, or limited-time bundles
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not supported. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been confirmed and refunded.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
